Overview of the Four Retreats: Together the retreats offer a strategic self check-in as our hearts and minds shift with nature. Timed to support you as you nurture your connection to self and the world, each retreat is structured to give you space to integrate the lessons from the prior season while stepping forward onto new ground. Each retreat offers accessible movement, meditations, activities, and resources curated to ease you into a new season. With heart-minded instructors and authentic leadership you will be motivated to try new things as you guide yourself in these seasonal inquiries. 

This retreat offers participants a playground to explore the dynamic energy that lives within us. We will connect to the solar plexus in movement practices and reflect on how we choose to use our energy, taking note of what refuels us. In a season of growth and exploration, we will call on the elements to bring us life as we continue to witness our evolution. 

This retreat is perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts and anyone wanting to try a SUP yoga practice. It’s for the adults who know we are kids at heart and those ready to make a splash as we enter a season of wonder and warmth. No prior SUP skills needed!

Participants will have freedom for explorative play individually and with the community as we ride the waves into a vibrant season.
